Bark & Purr SoFlo Holidays and Hours

Standard Dog Walking Hours

Monday – Friday, 8AM –9PM

Office Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8AM – 5PM

Early Morning & Late Evening Walks

“Early Bird” or “Night Owl” walks scheduled before 8am or after 9pm are standard rate +$10

Holiday Dog Walking And Pet Sitting

For the following holidays, reservations must be booked in advance. Holiday rates may apply 

 

Memorial Day  • July 4th  

Labor Day         • Thanksgiving Day 

Black Friday

We are closed from Christmas Eve to New Years Day  ALL services during that time frame must be reserved in advance.  

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made up to 3 days in advance of your scheduled service. Any deposit will be credited to your account. If canceling less than 3 days prior to the first day of your scheduled service period, a fee of 50% of the total service fee is applied.

A 50% deposit is required prior to scheduling services

    We understand your pet is an important member of your family and we honor that. Our goal is to offer an experience that will create a long term relationship not just a good service. Read some of our client testimonials and see for yourself.
  • WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
    We work to accommodate pet parents specific needs to offer the utmost peace of mind on your time away from your pets. Some of our basic services include Kitty visits, Dog walks, Drop In Visits and Overnight Stays but we are not limited to these services. Inquire to discuss further.
  • ARE YOUR WALKERS CERTIFIED?
    Safety is of the utmost importance to us. All Bark & Purr SoFLo team members are Pet First Aid and CPR Certified.
  • DO YOU OFFER A PET TAXI SERVICE?
    Our Pet Taxi service is currently for Trail Blazer clients only. However you can always reach out and we'll do our best to accomodate your needs. ​
  • HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
    Prefferred method of payments are Zelle, Cash app, Venmo, etc.
  • HOW DO I KNOW MY REQUESTS ARE BEING MET?
    Once you become a client, you’ll have access to our app where regular start time, end time, detailed updates and photos are shared.
  • CAN I RESCHEDULE?
    We know things come up and we strive to be as flexible as possible without interrupting the set schedule. Reach out at least a day prior or sooner if possible so we can work on accommodating your last minute needs.
  • IF THERE IS AN ISSUE, WHO DO I REACH OUT TO?"
    If anything occurred thats not to your liking, please reach out to the management team at admin@barkandpurrsoflo.com and we will work towards rectifying the situation ASAP.
  • ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
    From time to time there will be short notice requests, travel fees, etc. that may apply due to unique circumstances. Inquire to discuss details.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Same day appointments must be cancelled 8-10 hours prior. Overnight stays or prebooked holidays must be cancelled with 7 days prior to the agreed on date or the 50% deposit is not refundable
  • DO YOU OFFER BOARDING?
    Bark & Purr SoFLo does not currently offer boarding. However we do work closely with boarders and will gladly help get you in contact with the perfect facility for your pup.
